Day 1: Arrival

Be welcomed to Egypt with our organized pick-up service coordinated with your flight arrival time.

First, your expert tour guide will be waiting for you at Cairo airport, With a sign with your name for a seamless pickup. Then you will be taken to your private A/C vehicle, ready to transfer you to your Hotel.

Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2: Cairo – Great Pyramids & Egyptian Museum

Your tour guide will be waiting for you at your hotel. 

At the first stop, you will be amazed by the Great Pyramids of Egypt, an Ancient Wonder of the World. Where you will visit and capture panoramic views of the legendary Pyramids of Giza, the Great Sphinx, the Valley Temple, and many other impressive photo opportunities.

At the next stop, you will visit the Egyptian Museum containing thousands of genuine artifacts, Statues, and a priceless collection of Egyptian art. The most incredible is the entire exhibit of King Tutankhamun, including the gold treasures found in his tomb in 1920.

Once the tour is complete, you will be comfortably transferred to your hotel.

Day 3: Alexandria Tour

Your expert tour guide will be waiting for you at your hotel, ready to transfer you to Alexandria by A/C vehicle.

At the first stop, you can admire the famous library of Alexandria, one of the largest and most impressive examples of ancient times. 

At the next stop, you visit the site of Pharos lighthouse of Alexandria, once an Ancient Wonder of the world. Now in its place, the grand citadel of Qaitbay.

Then a visit to the Montazah Palace gardens of King Farouk. Where you can marvel at the presidential palaces of Salamlek, Al-Haramlik, and their adjacent beaches. Followed by great photo opportunities at Alexandria’s most charming mosque & memorial statue of Alexander the Great.  

Next stop, visit the oldest church in Africa, St Mark. Then following on to a trip to Alexandria’s old harbor with views of the entire city and multiple stops at unique photo opportunities. Lastly, a stop at Alexandria’s downtown.

Once the tour is complete, you will be transferred in comfort back to Cairo, ready to board the train.

Overnight sleeper train to Luxor.

Day 4: Luxor East Bank

Your tour guide will be waiting for you at Luxor train station, With a sign with your name.

At the commencement of your tour, you will be taken to your private A/C vehicle. 

The tour will start at the East Bank to visit the Temple of Karnak and Luxor. Walk through Luxor Temple to admire its outstanding courtyard and the granite statues of Ramses II. 

Following on visit the Avenue of Sphinxes, the Hypostyle Hall with its 134 gigantic columns, and the fascinating temple of Amon adorned with lotus and papyrus pattern architecture. 

Once the tour is complete, you will be comfortably transferred to your hotel. 

Overnight in Luxor.

Day 5: Luxor West Bank

Your tour guide will be waiting for you at your hotel. 

At the commencement of your tour, you will be taken to your private A/C vehicle. 

The tour will start at the West Bank, where you will visit the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and many amazing Ancient Temple Monuments. In the Valley of the Kings, you will be taken back in time, entering the tombs of the Pharaohs that contain painted pillars and walls. Then to see the Colossi of Memnon. Two massive monumental statues represent King Amenhotep III, looking towards the Nile River.

Once the tour is complete, you will be comfortably transferred to your hotel. 

Overnight in Luxor.

Day 6: Aswan Tour

Your guide will be waiting for you at your hotel, ready to transfer you to the train station. Once you arrive by train in Aswan, your guide will take you to your private A/C vehicle.

You will visit the Hight Dam at your first stop, which has fantastic views of Lake Nasser. Then you will visit the Philae Temple, surprisingly removed from its original resting place. You will also see the temple of Isis, which was constructed in Roman times. Then be taken to the ancient stone quarries to see the unfinished Obelisk. 

Once the tour is complete, you will be transferred to the train station, ready to board the train.

Price Policy

The price varies depending on the number of persons, including service fees and taxes.

Price quotes are in US dollars per person per night and are valid until December 31st, Except (for Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter holidays ).

Reservations:

It should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday. Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total price. ( Deposit will be 50% during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages, including airfare.) This deposit counts as part of your final payment to confirm your reservation.

Payment:

We accept a deposit as low as 30% of the total tour price, and the rest can be paid in equal installments until the date of arrival, or you can pay the rest in cash upon arrival.

Confirmation:

The customer will receive a confirmation email from the Site. The confirmed reservation form corresponds to the travel contract and includes the description of the service and its essential characteristics and the price and cancellation policy.

Tour Voucher:

After confirming your Tour, we will email you the final confirmation and voucher to print and bring. Details will include contact numbers of your tour operator and customer care and additional information for your convenience.

  • Age from 0 Up to below 2 years: FREE
  • Age from 2 Up to below 6 years: 25% of adult price
  • Age from 6 Up to below 11.99 years: 50% of adult price
  • Ages from 12 years = Adult price

Children policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents (Maximum 1 Child sharing parent’s room)

We offer a flexible cancellation policy if the government or the airline issues a travel warning from/to your country of departure and destination. We are showing the flexibility not to charge any cancellation fees & we will pay a full refund.

Cancellation by the customer:

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

  • From the booking date until 45 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 44 and 35 days before your arrival date, 30% of the tour price will be charged.
  • Between 34 and 25 days before your arrival date, 50% of the tour price will be charged.
  • Between 24 and 15 days before your arrival date,75% of the whole tour price will be charged
  • Between 14 and 9 days before your arrival date, 90% of the tour price will be charged.
  • Between 8 and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the tour price will be charged.

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

Excursions

All our tours are private tours.

  • For private tours, they have a private tour guide and private air-conditioned cars, and you have the convenience of starting your tours.
  • As for group tours, our groups include a maximum of 12 participants only during visits in private air-conditioned cars with private guides.

Cruise accommodation

  • For basis 2 persons in Double Room ( Occupied by 2 Persons ) For basis 2/4/6/8/10.
  • For basis 3 persons in Triple Room (Occupied by 3 Persons).
  • For basis 5 Personnes will be Double Room & Triple Room For Basis 5/7/9.

Entrance fees to specific sites

Our Tours and excursions exclude entry to particular archaeological sites such as the Tomb of Tutankhamun and Ramses in the Valley of the Kings in Luxor.
