Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival – Egyptian Museum & Old Cairo

With our coordinated pick-up service, you'll be greeted in Egypt as soon as you land.

A tour guide will be waiting for you at the Cairo airport with the sign of your name. This will make it easy for you to get there and start your trip!

During the first part of your tour, he will take you to a private A/C car.

You'll be amazed by Thousands of authentic artifacts, statues, and priceless Egyptian art that await you at the first stop: the Egyptian Museum. One of the most amazing things is the whole exhibit.

The next place you'll go is the Citadel of Salah El-Din, which Salah El-Din built on the Moqattam hills in 1183 AD and was constructed to protect Cairo from invaders.

It was built by a Turkish architect named Yousif Boushnaq. Mohamed Ali, the ruler of Egypt for more than 45 years, had this beautiful mosque built for him by Boushnaq in Istanbul. Finally, we went to Old Cairo to see the Abu Sirga Church, the Hanging Church, and the Ben Ezra Synagogue, where the Bible was written.

Once the tour is over, you will be taken to your hotel in comfort.

Day 2: Giza Pyramids, Sakkara & Memphis

You will meet your tour guide in the hotel lobby after your breakfast.

At the first stop, you'll be amazed by the Great Pyramids of Egypt, a wonder of the world from long ago. Where you will see and take pictures of the famous Pyramids of Giza, the Great Sphinx, the Valley Temple, and many more.

To get to the Zoser Step Pyramid in Sakkara, you'll have to go there the next time. It is thought to be the oldest Pyramid ever built, and it was built for King Djoser with its six rectangular bases. This Pyramid was used as a burial ground during the ancient kingdom, making it a great thing to see and do.

Finally, you'll go to Memphis's ancient city; you will find many important things that show how important it was to tradition and history. The limestone statue of Pharaoh Rameses II found in Memphis was the largest one.

Once the tour is over, you will be taken back to your hotel in comfort.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel; then you will be transferred to Cairo Airport before departure.

Price Policy

The price varies depending on the number of persons, including service fees and taxes.

Price quotes are in US dollars per person per night and are valid until December 31st, Except (for Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter holidays ).

Reservations:

It should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday. Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total price. ( Deposit will be 50% during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages, including airfare.) This deposit counts as part of your final payment to confirm your reservation.

Payment:

We accept a deposit as low as 30% of the total tour price, and the rest can be paid in equal installments until the date of arrival, or you can pay the rest in cash upon arrival.

Confirmation:

The customer will receive a confirmation email from the Site. The confirmed reservation form corresponds to the travel contract and includes the description of the service and its essential characteristics and the price and cancellation policy.

Tour Voucher:

After confirming your Tour, we will email you the final confirmation and voucher to print and bring. Details will include contact numbers of your tour operator and customer care and additional information for your convenience.

  • Age from 0 Up to below 2 years: FREE
  • Age from 2 Up to below 6 years: 25% of adult price
  • Age from 6 Up to below 11.99 years: 50% of adult price
  • Ages from 12 years = Adult price

Notes:

Children policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents (Maximum 1 Child sharing parent’s room)

We offer a flexible cancellation policy if the government or the airline issues a travel warning from/to your country of departure and destination. We are showing the flexibility not to charge any cancellation fees & we will pay a full refund.

Here, we prioritize your well-being and safety above all else, so our cancellation policy reflects our values.

You must write a handwritten and signed and send it by Email for any cancellation.

Cancellation by the customer:

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

  • From the booking date until 45 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 44 and 35 days before your arrival date, 30% of the tour price will be charged.
  • Between 34 and 25 days before your arrival date, 50% of the tour price will be charged.
  • Between 24 and 15 days before your arrival date,75% of the whole tour price will be charged
  • Between 14 and 9 days before your arrival date, 90% of the tour price will be charged.
  • Between 8 and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the tour price will be charged.

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

Excursions

All our tours are private tours.

  • For private tours, they have a private tour guide and private air-conditioned cars, and you have the convenience of starting your tours.
  • As for group tours, our groups include a maximum of 12 participants only during visits in private air-conditioned cars with private guides.

Cruise accommodation

  • For basis 2 persons in Double Room ( Occupied by 2 Persons ) For basis 2/4/6/8/10.
  • For basis 3 persons in Triple Room (Occupied by 3 Persons).
  • For basis 5 Personnes will be Double Room & Triple Room For Basis 5/7/9.

Entrance fees to specific sites

Our Tours and excursions exclude entry to particular archaeological sites such as the Tomb of Tutankhamun and Ramses in the Valley of the Kings in Luxor.
